Tom is a solicitor specialising in professional indemnity disputes who has experience defending claims made against a multitude of professionals. Those professions include solicitors, accountants, architects, engineers and insurance brokers among others. He has acted for Insured professionals as well as private clients within these professions. 

Tom has experience in all form of dispute resolution from Mediation and Arbitrations all the way through to Trial. He also has experience in defending both regulatory and prosecutorial matters. This experience is split between hearings before professional regulators as well criminal prosecutions.  

Tom first started at Caytons as Legal Assistant to the Managing Partner before completing his training contract and qualifying as a solicitor.
