About Emma Baker-Way
Emma joined Caytons in 2012 as a senior claims administrator. Prior to joining, she spent five years working for a claims management company that specialised in handling professional negligence claims, predominantly against surveyors, architects, engineers, financial advisers and insurance brokers. Emma also has experience in reporting to insurer clients, advising them on payments and reserves.
Emma became the office manager in March 2014. Her additional duties include general administrative tasks, including dealing with staff queries and external client queries, invoicing clients, assisting in the induction process for new employees, producing financial reports for the firm, day-to-day banking, delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output.
