Emily is a Claims Handler who is currently on a secondment at Pen Underwriting. She joined Caytons in 2024 and worked as a Paralegal for 6 months before moving to the Claims team. In her role as a Junior Claims Handler, Emily gained experience in handling claims arising from a range of professions including, but not limited to, architects, accountants, engineers, insurance brokers, surveyors, and solicitors. Prior to joining Caytons, Emily graduated from the University of East Anglia with a bachelor’s degree in Law with European Legal Systems.
