About Michael Donno
Michael studied his law degree at the University of Pretoria and shortly after began practice as a candidate attorney (trainee solicitor) in 2018 within the commercial and family litigation departments in Johannesburg. He was also part of the team dealing with the decriminalisation of cannabis in South Africa submitting his thesis to aid with legal arguments in the Constitutional Court of South Africa.
Having returned to the UK and studied at the University of Law, he now practices within the insurance law sector.
For over five years, Michael has handled professional indemnity and D&O claims for a wide variety of professionals within various classes of business, including solicitors, surveyors, architects, engineers, insurance brokers, and underwriting agents.
Michael has worked a claims adjuster and senior claims handler. He has joined Caytons as a senior claims handler where he continues to handle PI and D&O claims.
