About Ronan Cosgrove
Ronan is an experienced litigator with extensive commercial experience in a broad range of matters including professional negligence claims defending construction professionals, managing agents, medical professionals and surveyors.
Ronan started his career working as a commercial and civil law barrister in Ireland dealing with high value professional negligence claims. Ronan subsequently worked as an Attorney in the Turks and Caicos Islands (a British Overseas Territory) as a senior litigator and acting Attorney General on behalf of the Government. In that role, he acted for and advised the Government on a range of matters including personal injury litigation, judicial review, construction disputes, regulatory issues and employment law matters. Ronan returned to Dublin in 2016 after working for two years in a London law firm in the area of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Caytons in Dublin, Ronan spent almost three years working in a Dublin-based international law firm dealing with professional indemnity claims.
